Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Email: info@mox.ch · Phone: +41 (0)44 271 33 44

MOX AG ("MOX", "we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revised FADP / nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Collection and processing of personal data

We process data you provide voluntarily — e.g. when you use our contact form, email us, make product or dealer enquiries, or use our online shop or linked sales channels. This may include: name, company, address, email address, phone number, message content, and technical connection data.

3. Visiting our website

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date/time, pages viewed, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL) for technical delivery, security, and optimisation.

4. Cookies and consent

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for operation and are set without consent. Cookies and services for analytics and marketing (in particular Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel) are only set or loaded after you have given consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, via "Cookie settings". You can also configure your browser to restrict or delete cookies.

5. Web analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, interactions, approximate location). In GA4, IP addresses are not logged or stored; they are used only briefly for coarse geolocation. GA4 runs only after your consent (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / consent under the nFADP). Details: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Meta Pixel (Facebook)

Where you have consented, we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure use of our site and assess the effect of our content/advertising. Data may be transferred to Meta, including to the USA. It runs only after your consent. Details: facebook.com/privacy/policy

7. Google Maps

Some pages embed Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to show locations. Maps loads only after your consent; data (including your IP address) may be transferred to Google. Details: policies.google.com/privacy

8. YouTube

Some pages may embed YouTube videos, provided in privacy-friendly mode (a preview image rather than a direct embed). A connection to YouTube/Google is established only when you actively start a video. Details: policies.google.com/privacy

9. Online shop

Our online shop runs on a separate domain (shop.mox.ch). Ordering, payment, and shipping are handled via that shop; the shop operator's privacy terms apply in addition.

10. Instagram and Pinterest

Our website links to Instagram and Pinterest. Clicking these takes you off our site, where the respective platform's privacy terms apply. Instagram: privacycenter.instagram.com · Pinterest: policy.pinterest.com

11. Contact

If you contact us by email or form, we process your details to handle your request and any follow-up. Data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose or by law.

12. Disclosure of data

We do not generally disclose personal data to third parties, except: to perform a contract, where legally required, with your consent, or where external providers act on our behalf.

13. International data transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta, Pinterest) may process data outside Switzerland/the EEA — in particular in the USA. We base such transfers on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or recognised adequacy mechanisms.

14. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure or restriction, objection, and data portability, as provided by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC/EDÖB; EU: the competent data protection authority). Requests: info@mox.ch

15. Changes

We may update this policy at any time; the version published here applies. Last updated: June 2026.
